RESOLUTION NO. HWD 2024-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $17,000 IN FUND 700, WATER OPERATIONS WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Budget on June 4, 2024; and WHEREAS, the anticipated total expenditure of $17,000 will occur in the FY 2024-25 Budget; and WHEREAS, the FY 2024-25 Budget does not include $17,000 for the repairs of vehicle 1185; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District has reviewed the proposed amendment information and found it acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The District hereby amends the Water Operating Budget and appropriates $17,000 to Account 700-29-400-4035-8420 in the FY 2024-25 Budget.
Section 2. That the recitals above are true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 3. That the Board Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
