RESOLUTION NO. CDC 2024-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE HESPERIA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 BUDGET TO FUND CERTAIN RELATED EXPENDITURES WHEREAS, the Hesperia Community Development Commission adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Budget on June 20, 2023; and WHEREAS, the Hesperia Community Development Commission has authorized various amendments to the FY 2023-24 Budget throughout the year; and WHEREAS, the Hesperia Community Development Commission has reviewed the proposed FY 2023-24 final budget amendment information and analysis and have found it acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HESPERIA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 2. That the Commission approves the FY 2023-24 final budget amendments.
Section 3. That the Commission approves the budget amendment with the following expenditure appropriations from the fund noted below:
Community Development Commission (170) $243,250 Section 4. The Secretary of the Commission shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
