RESOLUTION NO. 2024-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 20643 TO CREATE 2 PARCELS FROM AN EXISTING 3.4 ACRES OF LAND WITHIN THE REGIONAL COMMERCIAL (RC) ZONE OF THE MAIN STREET AND FREEWAY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MAIN STREET AND APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET WEST OF CATABA ROAD (APPLICANT: QUICK QUACK CAR WASH; DOUG LIVINGSTON, APN: 3064-471-04).
WHEREAS, On November 10, 2022, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 20643 to create 2 parcels from an existing 3.4 acres of land within the Regional Commercial (RC) zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the north side of Main Street and approximately 200 feet west of Cataba Road (Applicant: Quick Quack Car Wash; Doug Livingston, APN: 3064-471-04); and WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 20643 was approved in conjunction with conditional use permit CUP22-00001 to construct a 3,596 square foot Quick Quack Car Wash on 1.3 gross acres; and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Parcel Map No. 20643 is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
