A portion of all that real property of Old Outpost Road per Relinquishment of State Highway in County of San Bernardino, Road VIlI-SBd-15-30.7-33.9 request No. 1235, recorded in Book 6322 at Pages 367 through 369, in the City of Hesperia, County of San Bemardino, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of Section 27 Township 4 North, Range 5 West San Bernardino Meridian; thence North 00°08'40" East, 881.33 feet per said Relinquishment to the South Right-of-Way of Joshua Street and the beginning of non-tangent curve, concave Southerly having a radius of 748.86 feet; thence Easteriy along said curve and said Joshua Street South Right-of-Way; through a central angle of 03°53'04", 50.77 feet to the East line of said Old Outpost Road; thence along the East line of Old Outpost Road South 00°08'40" West, 546.90 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve, concave Easterly having a radial bearing of North 65°16'07" West and radius of 530.00 feet, thence Southerly along said curve, through a central angle of 24°43'34", 228.72 feet; thence South 01°26'57" West, 85.93 feet to the Point of Beginning.
