RESOLUTION NO. 2025-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 20899 TO CREATE TWO PARCELS FROM 2.5 GROSS ACRES WITHIN THE LIMITED AGRICULTURAL (A1) ZONE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF OLIVE STREET, APPROXIMATELY 850 FEET EAST OF COTTONWOOD AVENUE (APPLICANT: G & S OUTDOOR DESIGN, INC. APN: 0409-022-07).
WHEREAS, on October 16, 2024, the Development Review Committee approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 20899 to create two parcels from 2.5 gross acres within the Limited Agricultural (A1) zone located on the south side of Olive Street, approximately 850 feet east of Cottonwood Avenue in conjunction with a categorial exemption under CEQA Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions; and WHEREAS, staff has reviewed Final Parcel Map No. 20899 and determined that it complies with all General Plan and zoning regulations and with all local ordinances related to the creation of these parcels.
WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Final Parcel Map No. 20899 is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
