RECOMMENDED ACTION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-16 approving Final Parcel Map No. 20899 to create two parcels from 2.5 gross acres within the Limited Agricultural (A1) zone located on the south side of Olive Street, approximately 850 feet east of Cottonwood Avenue (Applicant: G & S Outdoor Design, Inc. APN: 0409-022-07).
BACKGROUND
On October 16, 2024, the Development Review Committee approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 20899 to create two parcels from 2.5 gross acres within the Limited Agricultural (A1) zone located on the south side of Olive Street, approximately 850 feet east of Cottonwood Avenue in conjunction with a categorial exemption under CEQA Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions (Applicant: G & S Outdoor Design, Inc: APN: 0409-022-07).
Staff has reviewed Final Parcel Map No. 20899 and determined that it complies with all General Plan and zoning regulations and with all local ordinances related to the creation of these parcels.
