It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/ Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.

NEW BUSINESS
Designation of Voting Delegate and Alternates for League of CA Cities Conference Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council designate a primary voting delegate and up to two alternate delegates to represent the City of Hesperia at the General Business meeting to be held during the League of California Cities annual conference October 8, through October 10, 2025 in Long Beach.

A motion was made by Ochoa, seconded by Pullen, that Mayor Lee be the primary voting delegate, and Council Member Ochoa and Council Member Bennington be the alternate voting delegates. The motion carried by the following vote:
