RESOLUTION HWD NO. 2025-12
RESOLUTION OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $607,000 IN FUND 703 WATER CAPITAL REHAB AND REPLACE WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 Budget on June 3, 2025; and WHEREAS, the anticipated total expenditure of $607,000 will occur in the FY 2025-26 Budget; and WHEREAS, the FY 2025-26 Budget does not include $607,000 for the repair of Wells 5A and 14A; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District has reviewed the proposed amendment information and have found it acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The District hereby amends the Water Capital Budget and appropriates $607,000 to Account No. 703-29-400-4070-8440 in the FY 2025-26 Budget.
Section 2. That the above is true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 3. That the Board Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
