RESOLUTION NO. HWD 2025-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 FIRST QUARTER BUDGET REVIEW AND AMENDING THE 2025-26 HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT BUDGET TO FUND CERTAIN RELATED EXPENDITURES WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District was presented the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 First Quarter Budget Review by staff; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District has reviewed the FY 2025-26 First Quarter Budget Review report information and analysis and has found it acceptable; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District has reviewed and approves the budget amendments included in the FY 2025-26 First Quarter Budget Review report.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Board of Directors of the Hesperia WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District approves the FY 2025-26 First Quarter Budget Review report and budget amendments.
Section 3. That the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District also approves the FY 2025-26 First Quarter Budget Review expenditure amendments by making appropriations for:
ARPA Projects (700-29-400 and 710-29-420)

Water, Sewer, Recycled Water Rate Study (700-29-400)

Section 4. That the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District approves the following position classification change included in the 2025-26 First Quarter Budget Review as follows:
Section 4a. That the Board of Directors approves the change in classification for the non-represented Deputy Finance Director position from senior management to At-Will senior management classification, with a contract, no auto allowance and will remain with a salary range of 46.
Section 5. That the Board Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
