A motion was made by Ochoa, seconded by Lee, that item one be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

1. Ratification of Declaration of Local Emergency
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-52, ratifying the existence of a local emergency, as declared by the Director of Emergency Services as required by Government Code Section 8630(b).
