Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council do the following receive and file an update on the City’s response to the December 2025 storm.

Council Member Ochoa requested an Urgency Ordinance that outlines the suspension of fines and provides direction for future action during an emergency.
Mayor Pro Tem Pullen requested an after-action review of the city’s actions during the storm.
