RESOLUTION NO. 2026-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE 2025-26 MID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW AND AMENDING THE 2025-26 CITY OF HESPERIA BUDGET TO FUND CERTAIN RELATED EXPENDITURES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hesperia adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 Budget on June 3, 2025; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hesperia was presented the 2025-26 Mid-Year Budget Review by staff; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hesperia has reviewed the 2025-26 Mid-Year Budget Review information and analysis and has found it acceptable; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hesperia has reviewed and approves the budget amendments included in the 2025-26 Mid-Year Budget Review.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Hesperia receives the 2025-26 Mid-Year Budget Review.
Section 3. That the City Council approves the 2025-26 Mid-Year Budget Review expenditure amendments by making appropriations for:
8-Yard Dump Truck-Replacement (263-29-310-3150)
$180,000
Bear Valley Signal Replacement (263-29-310-3170)
30,000
Traffic Vehicle-Supervisor (263-29-310-3170)
45,000
$255,000
Section 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
