RESOLUTION NO. 2026-35
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDING TRACT MAP NO. 18955-3 TO CREATE 122 RESIDENTIAL LOTS ON APPROXIMATELY 50.72 GROSS ACRES WITHIN TRACT 18989-2 LOT 3, PLANNING AREA 3 OF THE TAPESTRY SPECIFIC PLAN (APPLICANT: SILVERWOOD DEVELOPMENT PHASE l,LLC) WHEREAS, Final Tract Map No. 18955-3 to create 122 lots on 50.72 gross acres within the Tapestry Specific Plan was approved by City Council on April 1, 2025; and WHEREAS, Amending Tract Map No. 18955-3 would reconfigure lots “H”, “K”, 98, 99, and 114 through 118. Additionally, Prado Court and Bridgewater Street would be realigned, shortened or lengthened as necessary for the amended lot reconfiguration; and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HESPERIA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amending Tract Map No. 18955-3 is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
