RESOLUTION NO. 2026-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A NEW START TIME FOR REGULAR MEETINGS WHEREAS, the City Council desires to change its regular meeting time.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Commencing with the meeting to occur on ____________, the regular meeting of this Council and subsidiary districts shall begin at 5:30 p.m.
Section 2. Commencing with the meeting to occur on ____________, closed session will be held prior to the the 5:30 p.m. regular meeting at a time set dependent on the business to be discussed.
Section 3. This resolution amends portions of Joint Resolution No. 2007-117 and HWD 2007-19.
Section 4. That City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
