RESOLUTION NO. 2026-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES FOR DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR TRACT MAP 13751 WHEREAS, that certain Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of a Drainage Easement (“Offer of Dedication”) was previously made to the City of Hesperia described as City of Hesperia Drainage Easement or C.H.D.E. made on Tract Map No. 13751 filed at the San Bernardino County Recorder’s office on March 7, 1989 as Document No. 89-081811 in Book 219 at Pages 1-3 of Maps (“Tract Map”); and WHEREAS, California Government Code Section 66477.2 and related provisions authorize the legislative body to accept by resolution any offer of dedication previously rejected or left open; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the acceptance of the Offer of Dedication is in the public interest and necessary for public health, safety, and convenience.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the authority vested in the City by law, the City Council hereby formally accepts the Offer of Dedication for public purposes as described in the Tract Map.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify this Resolution and attach it to Acceptance of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication and cause same to be recorded in the Official Records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
