4.A 2021-2022 City Council Goals Session for Discussion and Direction to City Staff and Review of the Status Report and Direction, if any, on the City Council’s Current Goals The 2021-2022 goals for review include the following:
1. Update the Municipal Code to Require Installation of Fiber ready conduit in conjunction with current undergrounding requirements
2. Undertake a Branding Refresh and Visual Medium Update
3. Develop a parking plan that would curtail the number of construction vehicles entering the community and parking on community parkways
4. Undertake an evaluation of the City’s Building standards and Building rules
5. Undertake a review of the City website and prioritize timely updates of content
6. Research new or enhanced public safety solutions that would improve perimeter security
