CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
A special closed session meeting of the City Council of the City of Hidden Hills was duly held via teleconference on Monday, September 22, 2025, at the hour of 3:00 p.m. Mayor Larry Weber called the meeting to order and presided there over.

Special Closed Session Meeting

Upon MOTION of Council Member Siegel, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Loggia and unanimously carried on a roll call vote, it was resolved to adjourn to closed session at 3:03 p.m. to address the items listed above.
REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Lauren Langer reported that the Council concluded its closed session at 5.38 p.m. and reconvened into open session. She also reported that the Council discussed the items of business listed on the posted agenda and took two reportable actions. The first reportable action was to dismiss the city manager, which happened this evening on a 5-0 vote. City Attorney Langer also stated the second reportable action that took place this evening was to appoint Gloria Molleda as City Manager on a 5-0 vote, and that is subject to approval of an employment agreement at the City Council's next regular meeting in October.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 7:56 p.m.
