CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
A special closed session meeting of the City Council of the City of Hidden Hills was duly held via teleconference on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at the hour of 12:00 p.m. Mayor Larry G. Weber called the meeting to order and presided thereover.

Upon MOTION of Mayor Pro Tem Loggia, seconded by Council Member Gold and unanimously carried on a roll call vote, it was resolved to adjourn to closed session at 12:06 p.m. to address the items listed above.
REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION
The City Council reconvened into open session at 1:38 p.m. City Attorney Langer reported that there is no reportable action by the City Council.
