CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
A special closed session meeting of the City Council of the City of Hidden Hills was duly held via teleconference on Monday, November 24, 2025, at the hour of 3:02 p.m. Mayor Larry Weber called the meeting to order and presided thereover.

CLOSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) (d)(3) & (d)(4) - Anticipated Litigation three (3) potential cases.
Upon MOTION of Mayor Pro Tem Loggia, seconded by Council Member Gold and unanimously carried on a roll call vote, it was resolved to adjourn to closed session at 3:06 p.m. to address the items listed above.
REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION
- The City Council reconvened at 5:00 p.m. 'City Manager Molleda reported that there is reportable action consisting of a consensus by the City Council to deal with one of the claims.

ADJOURNMENT
Upon MOTION by Mayor Pro Tem Loggia, seconded by Council Member Siegel and unanimously carried on roll call vote, it was resolved to adjourn the meeting at 5:03 p.m.
