CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
A special closed session meeting of the City Council of the City of Hidden Hills was duly held via teleconference on Monday, March 2, 2026, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. Mayor Joesph Loggia called the meeting to order and presided thereover.

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) (d)(3) & (d)(4) - Anticipated Litigation one (1) potential case.
Mayor Loggia adjourned to closed session at 8:02 p.m. to address the item listed above.
REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION
The City Council reconvened at 8:57 p.m. City Manager Molleda reported that there is reportable action consisting of a consensus by the City Council to deal with one of the claims.

Upon MOTION by Mayor Pro Tem Siegel, seconded by Council Member Weber and unanimously carried on roll call vote, it was resolved to adjourn the meeting at 9:03 p.m.
