3. PUBLIC COMMENT
A resident raised concerns regarding City Manager Gloria Molleda's administration of City business, the accuracy of staff reports, and whether established procedures were being followed before projects were presented to the City Council for approval and construction.

The resident discussed the Round Meadow/Mureau Road intersection project, including the availability of approved construction plans, required signage, permits and supporting documentation. The resident stated that prior requests for approved plans had produced documents that did not appear to correspond with the project or were marked as not being construction designs, questioned whether required procedures and approvals had been completed before construction began, and emphasized the City Manager's responsibility to ensure projects were properly documented before being presented to the Council.

The resident also questioned whether Metro grant funding was consistent with the scope of work being constructed and requested supporting documentation for clarification.
