CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Highland was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor McCallon.

Present: Chavez-Cordova, Lilburn, McCallon, Solano, Timmer
Absent: None
CLOSED SESSION
At 5:30 p.m., City Manager Hughes read the City Council into closed session regarding the following:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 regarding the following:
Property: 26377 9th Street, Highland, California 92346 (APN 1192-161-21)
City Negotiator: Mark Mendoza, Paragon Partners Consultants, Inc.
Negotiating Parties: City of Highland and Georgia L. Oechsner and Robert Chaney, as joint tenants
Under Negotiation: Instructions to City ’s negotiator concerning price and terms of payment.
ADJOURN
There being no further business, Mayor McCallon adjourned the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
