NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Highland City Council is hereby called to be held on January 30, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. for closed session in the HighlandYMCA locatedat 7793 CentralAvenue, Highland, California. Said specialmeeting shall be for the purpose of conducting business in accordance with the attached Agenda.
