CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Highland was called to order at 8:05 a.m. by Mayor Lilburn.

CLOSED SESSION
At 8:05 a.m., Mayor Lilburn read the City Council into closed session regarding the following:
Public Employee Appointment Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 Title: City Manager
ADJOURN
There being no further business, Mayor Lilburn adjourned the meeting at 2:55 p.m.
