City Negotiators: Fred Wilson, Ralph Andersen and Associates Under Negotiation: The City Council will meet in closed session regarding the salary, salary schedule, and
compensation to be paid in the form of fringe
benefits to the City Manager for the purpose of
instructing the City's designated negotiators.
