ADDENDUM No. 4
TO AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING AND SAFETY SERVICES BETWEEN
THE CITY OF HIGHLAND AND WILLDAN
ThisThe addendum Addendum No. 4 to the Agreement for Building and Safety Services is made and entered into this 22nd 9th day of August 2018 July 2024 by and between the City of Highland (City) and Willdan Engineering (Consultant).
Willdan entered into an agreement for Building and Safety Services with the City on July 9, 2002 (“Agreement”). The agreement Agreement provided for a Billing Rate Schedule, attached as Exhibit “B” to the Agreement, for services performed by consultant’s Consultant’s staff. The Aagreement has been was amended by Addendum No. 1 on July 11, 2006, Addendum No. 2 on Jun 10, 2008, and Addendum No. 3 on September 25, 2018.
This Addendum alters the Agreement and Addendum No. 3 as follows:
1. That the Billing Rate Schedule, attached as Exhibit “B” to the Agreement, be replaced by Exhibit “A” attached hereto and effective July 1, 2024.
Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original agreement dated July 9, 2002, and this Addendum No. 4 shall control the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereto.

6. Building Official $155/hr
7. Permit Technician $65/hr
8. Sr. Permit Technician $75/hr
9. Administrative Assistant $60/hr
Notes:
A. Expedited plan review will be billed at 1.35x the rate.
B. Overtime inspections will be billed at 1.5x the rate.
