CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Highland was called to order at 6:33 p.m. by Mayor Lilburn at the Donahue Council Chambers, 27215 Base Line, Highland, California.

Vacancy: District 2 Councilmember

CLOSED SESSION
At 6: 33 p. m., the City Council convened into closed session, regarding the following:
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION ( Government Code § 54957( b)) Title: City Manager
At 7: 05 p. m., the City Council adjourned closed session making no announcements.
ADJOURN
There being no further business, Mayor Lilburn adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
