Mayor Krolik called the meeting to order at 8:45 a.m.

Present: Chuang, Ragsdale, Royse, Cole, Krolik
III. MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
Town staff and the City Council participated in a Management Workshop for a discussion and exercises on building strength-based teams facilitated by Alicia Santamaria, Adelante Coaching and Consulting.
IV. PUBLIC COMMENT
There were no members of the public present.
V. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
