Dennis Moore, 2770 Churchill, spoke regarding the importance of meeting the HCD deadlines to avoid consequences and encouraged incentives such as reduced fees and streamlined approvals for substantial renovations and new builds that include ADUs and JADUs. Moore encouraged senior housing or housing for Town staff and teachers in the housing developments being considered.

Jeff Ford, Fairway Circle, encouraged the City Council to add ADUs as a buffer based on the Town's past performance and inclusion of 100 units at the Tobin Clark site.
