Hillsborough Town Hall and Zoom Video Conference
This special meeting was held in-person at Town Hall. As a courtesy, and in compliance with applicable state law, stafi and members of the public participated in the meeting in person at Town Hall and virtually via Zoom Video Conference
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Krolik called the meeting to order at 11:01 a.m.

Present: Ragsdale, Royse, Cole, Krolik
Absent: Chuang
PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Joe Pfeister requested the City Council take steps to correct the record and fix the problem related to the collapsed wall at his property.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Councilmember Ragsdale disclosed that Dr. Maricar Pacquing has been her primary care physician in the past, but she recently changed her primary care physician, has no financial connection to Dr. Pacquing and does not feel that the past relationship would impact her to be fair and impartial in considering the Closed Session item. Councilmember Ragsdale offered to recuse herself should the City Council or the parties feel otherwise. Without any financial connection, Councilmember Ragsdale does not have a disqualifying conflict of interest requiring her recusal and she can participate in the Closed Session item.
Vice Mayor Cole disclosed that she and Dr. Maricar Pacquing have worked together in the past as professional colleagues, and that she has no financial connection to Dr. Pacquing. Without any financial connection, Vice Mayor Cole does not have a disqualifying conflict of interest requiring her recusal and she can participate in the Closed Session item.

The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 11:06 a.m.
RECONVENE OPEN MEETING
The City Council reconvened at 12:07 p.m. with Councilmember Chuang absent.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Krolik reported the City Council met in Closed Session and directed the City Attorney to contact the attorney for Joseph Pfeister and Maricar Pacquing.
