This special City Council meeting included teleconference participation by Councilmember Marie Chuang from 67 San Min Road, Taichung, Taiwan and by Councilmember Leslie Marden Ragsdale from Washington Square Hotel, 103 Waverly Place, New York, NY 10011, pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(b). The agenda was posted at the teleconference locations.
