MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2024
1:00 P.M. SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Hillsborough Town Hall and Zoom Video Conference
Meetings of the City Council are held in-person. As a courtesy, and in compliance with applicable state law, staff and members of the public participated in the special meeting in person at Town Hall and virtually via Zoom Video Conference.
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Krolik called the special meeting to order at 1:02 p.m.

Ill. DISCUSSION
1. DISCUSSION OF AMENDMENTS TO PERMITTED COMMERCIAL USES AND/OR
REGULATIONS ON EVENTS IN TOWN
City Manager Doug Davis and City Attorney Christopher Diaz provided the staff report.
Assistant City Attorney Mark Hudak, Chief of Police Nelson Corteway and City Clerk Lisa Natusch provided additional information.
Mayor Krolik opened public comment. There were no speakers. Mayor Krolik closed public comment.
Following discussion, without objection, Mayor Krolik summarized City Council direction to staff to draft an ordinance amending the Municipal Code related to commercial use of single-family dwellings for consideration at a special meeting on Monday, March 25, IV. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Krolik adjourned the special meeting at 2:12 p.m.
