At 7:56 p.m., Mayor Cole adjourned the regular meeting to reconvene in Closed Session for consideration of Closed Session Item C.
Mayor Cole reconvened the open meeting at 8:29 p.m.
City Clerk Natusch announced that all Councilmembers were present.
City Attorney Diaz stated that the City Council reconvened in Closed Session for consideration of Closed Session Item C and reported that direction was given to staff and there was no reportable action per the Brown Act.
Mayor Cole adjourned the meeting at 8:29 p.m.
