1. a Resolution of the Joint Powers Financing Authority of the City of Hollister Approving a Lease Financing and the Issuance and Sale of Lease Revenue Bonds by the Hollister Joint Powers Financing Authority to Finance Capital Improvements, and Approving Related Documents and Official Actions
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Hollister Joint Powers Financing Authority will consider adopting a Resolution for the issuance of 2022 Lease Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $25 million, and approve in substantially final form the draft Preliminary Official Statement, the Indenture, Lease Agreement, Site Lease, Assignment Agreement, Continuing Disclosure Agreement and Bond Purchase Contract with staff authorized to make adjustments as necessary.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Hollister Joint Powers Financing Authority: 1) Hold the public hearing; and, 2) A pprove the issuance of 2022 Lease Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $25 million, and approve in substantially final form the draft Preliminary Official Statement, the Indenture, Lease Agreement, Site Lease, Assignment Agreement, Continuing Disclosure Agreement and Bond Purchase Contract with staff authorized to make adjustments as necessary.
