1. Resolution No. 2022-102 a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hollister Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Three (3) Year Employment Contract with William Via as Community Services Director (Human Resources)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The City Council will consider a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a three (3) year employment contract with William Via for the position of Community Services Director.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council ADOPT a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a three (3) year employment contract with William Via for the position of Community Services Director.
2. Resolution No. 2022-103 a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hollister Approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Hollister and the Hollister Downtown Association (City Manager)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This item would approve and authorize execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between City of Hollister and the Hollister Downtown Association.
RECOMMENDATION: City Council review the MOU and ADOPT a Resolution that would approve and authorize execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between City of Hollister and the Hollister Downtown Association.
3. San Benito County Chamber of Commerce & Foundation 2022 Update (City Manager)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The San Benito County Chamber of Commerce & Foundation would like to provide a prese ntation regarding all of the community impact programs, initiatives and events in progress and planned

for calendar year 2022 and in accordance to our current MOU with the City of Hollister.
RECOMMENDATION: City Council receive the presentation and hold discussion.
4. Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023 (City Manager)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The City Council will review the proposed budget for fiscal year July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council receive the report and provide staff direction.
