4.Resolution No. 2022-207 a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hollister California reciting the fact of the Consolidated General Municipal Election held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and declaring the results and such other matters as provided by law (City Clerk) BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This resolution will declare the results of the November 8, 2022, Consolidated General Municipal Election, for Mayor and City Council Districts 2 and 3, and City Treasurer and Ballot Measure S (Council term limits), Measure T (Independence Day Motorcycle Rally), and Measure U (July Bike Week).
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a Resolution Reciting the Facts of the Consolidated General Municipal Election held on November 8, 2022, and Declaring the Results and Such Other Matters as Provided by Law.

5. Oath of Office to Mayor Mia Casey, Council Member District 2 Rolan Resendiz, Council Member District 3 Dolores Morales, and City Treasurer Gordon Machado (City Clerk)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: City Clerk Woodworth will administer the Oath of Office to elected Mayor Mia Casey, Council Member District 2 Rolan Resendiz, Council Member District 3 Dolores Morales, and City Treasurer Gordon Machado.
Following the Oaths of Office, Mayor Mia Casey, Council Member District 2 Rolan Resendiz, and Council Member District 3 Dolores Morales will be seated.
