City Attorney Mary Lerner stated no reportable action was taken in closed session.
5. COUNCIL BUSINESS
5.1 CONTRACT AMENDMENT with VEOLIA FOR OPERATIONS AND
MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF THE DOMESTIC WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT
Public Works Director William Via provided the staff report outlining the proposed contract terms.
Councilmember Burns requested and received clarification regarding use of the conference room at the plant by City staff.
Mayor Casey opened public comment at 4:11 p.m.

Seconded by: Councilmember Perez
1 Approve a fifth amendment to the contract with Veolia for operations and maintenance services of the Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant, with the amendment to require one week notice for use of the conference room, and authorize City Manager to execute the contract amendment.
Ayes (5): Mayor Casey, Councilmember Perez, Councilmember Resendiz, Councilmember Morales, and Councilmember Burns
