Mayor Stephens called the special meeting of the City Council of the City of Hollisdr to order at 6:03 p.m.

Councilmember Picha led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Closed Session will be held by the City Council of the City of Hollister to discuss the following matters:
4.1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -ANTICIPATED LITIGATION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE 54956.9
significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) or (3) of subdivision (d) of section 54956.9 of the Government Code (2 cases) City Attorney Mary Lerner read the closed session item titles.
