PUBLIC BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR (No Action Taken):
Turlock Mosquito Abatement District Member Michael Mitchell invited the City Council to the Turlock Mosquito Abatement District Open House on March 23, 2024, and provided a flyer to the Council, which has been attached to be kept on file as part of the official record of this meeting.

CONSENT CALENDAR:
3.1: Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 26, 2024.
3.2: Approval of the Warrants Register.
3.3: Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-05, Waiving Fees for the City-Wide Yard Sale Scheduled for April 20 - April 21, 2024.
3.4: Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-06, Approving the City of Hughson 2024 Senate Bill 1, Road Repair and Accountability Act, Local Streets and Road Annual Reporting Program Project List.
City Clerk Gose requested item number 3.4 be pulled from the Consent Calendar to announce an amendment to the Resolution.

Director Jauregui provided updates on several Public Works projects. 2 City Council Minutes March 11, 2024
Director Weimer informed the Council that an insurance check will finally be received for the Senior Center fire.
Chief MacKinnon provided the 2023 Year End Report.
8.2: Council Member Comments:
Councilmember McFadon attended a City/School 2+2 Committee meeting on March 11, 2024.
Councilmember Strain attended a City/School 2+2 Committee meeting on March 11, 2024.
8.3 Mayor's Comments:
Mayor Carr announced that he will be absent for the next two scheduled regular City Council meetings.
