3.3: Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Quality Service Inc., for Water and Wastewater Consulting Services, and Authorization for the City Manager to Execute the Agreement, Inclusive of Any Final Edits by the City Attorney. 1 City Council Minutes December 23, 2024
3.4: Approval to Appoint Rick Bussell to the Parks, Recreation and Entertainment Commission.
