2. PRESENTATIONS:
2.1: Proclaim April 21-25, 2025, as Administrative Professionals Week.
Mayor Carr proclaimed April 21-25, 2025, as Administrative Professionals Week, and presented a Proclamation to an administrative staff member of the City. 1 City Council Minutes April 14, 2025
3. CONSENT CALENDAR:
3.1: Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 24, 2025.
3.2: Approval of the Minutes of the Special Meeting of April 7, 2025.
3.3: Approval of the Warrants.

PUBLIC HEARING:
5.1: Approval of Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map No. USE23-0112.
Mark Niskanen, Contract Planner, presented the staff report on this item.
Mayor Carr opened the public hearing at 6:15PM. There was no public comment. Mayor Carr closed the public hearing at 6:15PM

8.1: Staff Reports and/or Comments:
City Manager Romo updated the Council on her attendance at the Ministerial Association Leadership Breakfast, CSJVRMA Board meeting, City/Fire 2+2 Committee meeting, and the Chamber of Commerce meeting. She reminded the Council that there is a vacancy on both the Economic Development Committee and the Planning Commission. 2 City Council Minutes April 14, 2025
Director Weimer attended a SASA Budget Committee meeting. She provided an update regarding a Measure L Audit, and the City's Financial Audit.
Chief Dias provided the latest statistical report for Hughson Police Services.
8.2: Council Member/Mayor Comments
Councilmember McFadon attended Mayor Carr's State of the City Address on March 26, 2025.
He attended Coffee with the Superintendent on April 1, 2025. He thanked City staff and Hughson Police Services for their continued hard work. He also thanked the Boy Scouts and Samaritan Village Choir for their participation in the State of the City Address event.
Councilmember Vasquez attended a Hughson Ministerial Association Leadership Breakfast on April 4, 2025.
Councilmember Strain attended Mayor Carr's State of the City Address on March 26, 2025. She attended the opening day ceremony for Hughson Youth Baseball and Softball. She also attended a Hughson Historical Society meeting.
Mayor Pro Tem Crooker attended Mayor Carr's State of the City Address on March 26, 2025.
He attended the opening day ceremony for Hughson Youth Baseball and Softball. He also attended a City/Fire 2+2 Committee meeting.
Mayor Carr attended a City/Fire 2+2 Committee meeting. He also attended the Dennis Wallace Memorial Gold Tournament registration on April 1, 2025. He provided a reminder for the Easter Egg Hunt on April 19, 2025, the Hughson Fruit and Nut Festival on April 26-27, 2025, and a Hughson Family Reunion on June 5, 2025.
