3.1: Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 25, 2025.
3.2: Approval of the Warrants.

3.3: Authorization of the Submittal of Individual Grant Applications for Funding of Parks and Recreation Initiatives for all Grant Programs for which the City of Hughson is Eligible.
3.4: Adoption of a City Parks & Facilities Naming/Re-Naming Policy.
3.5: Awarding the 2nd Street Improvement Project to United Pavement Maintenance, Inc. in the Amount of $477,008.86.
3.6: Awarding the 2025 Ramp Replacement Project to FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. in the Amount of $418,470.00.
Councilmember Strain requested Consent Calendar item 3.3 be pulled for special consideration.
