A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ADOPTING A
REVISED COUNCIL MANUAL
WHEREAS, on September20, 1976, the City Council approved a Council Manual by the adoption of Resolution No. 4330. Amendments to the Council Manual have beenapproved by resolution; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THAT:
The revised Council Manual attachedhereto for the City of Huntington Beachbe adopted.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18 th day of March 2019.
