Hereby referencing that certain Easement Grant Deed
by and between Gerhold F. Reidl as Grantor
and Ashley Skylar as Grantee
Whereas, Martin Fenton Jr., Director Huntington Harbour Corporation is/are the owners) of the Grantor's property, burdened by the Easement Grant Deed More particularly described as:
Easement for the purposes of locating, constructing, and operating thereon docks, slips, ramps, piers, landings over that portion of Lot B of tract no 5829, as recorded in book 222, pgs 13 and 14 described as follows:
beginning at the most westerly corner of lot 8 of tract no. 4677, as shown on a map recorded in book 168, pgs 14 through 18; thence at right angles to the south westerly line of said lot 8 south 47° 16'36" west 25.00 ft to the southwesterly line of said lot B; then along said southwesterly line north 42° 43'24" west 58.00 ft; thence at right angles southwesterly line north 47° 16' 36" east 25.00 ft to the northeasterly line of said lot B; thence along northeasterly line south 42° 43' 24" east 58.00 ft to the point of beginning. APN: 178-412-02.

is/are the Grantee(s) benefiting by the Easement Grant Deed Whose address is: 16850 Bayview Dr. Huntington Beach CA, 92649 Whereas, the parties hereto wish to release, terminate and extinguish the Easement Grant Deed NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, including but not limited to the covenants and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree to as follows:
RELEASE, TERMINATE AND EXTINGUISHMENT OF Easement Grant Deed The parties hereto hereby release, terminate and extinguish that certain Easement Grant Deed recorded as instrument No. 202100015198 in the Office of the County of Orange on the 4th day of March, 2021
Whereas Grantee no longer has a need for the Easement Grant Deed Therefore, on the day of , 20 , the above Easement Grant Deed as described herein is hereby fully terminated and eliminated by the undersigned parties.
Successors and Assigns: The terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties hereto and shall be binding upon the inure to the benefits of the heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of the respective parties In witness whereof, the above parties have executed this Agreement as of the day and year first above written.
