RESOLUTION NO. 2022-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS
WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE OAK VIEW
NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANUP & BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach is eligible to receive State funding for certain transportation related work through the California Department of Transportation; and WHEREAS, a Restricted Grant Agreement is required to be executed with the California Department of Transportation before such funds can be claimed through the Clean California Local Grant Program;
WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach wishes to delegate authorization to execute these agreements and any amendments thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute all Restricted Grant Agreements and any amendments thereto with the California Department of Transportation.
