A “full day” as used herein means in excess of 4 hours and up to 8 consecutive hours, not including up to a 30 minute lunch break, for a maximum total time onsite not to exceed 8 hours and 30 minutes. A “half day” as used herein means any period onsite which does not exceed 4 hours.
A “half day” will be billed for a total time onsite up to 4 hours. A “full day” will be billed for a maximum total time onsite exceeding 4 hours and up to 8 hours and 30 minutes. Any time spent onsite exceeding 8 hours and 30 minutes will be billed in 4 hour increments (half day rate) in addition to the full day rate.
A “quarter day” will be billed for a total time onsite up to 2 hours. A “half day” will be billed for a maximum total time onsite exceeding 2 and up to 4 hours. Any time spent onsite exceeding 4 hours will be billed as a “full day”.
