Hi Julie -
Happy to assist in this effort. I'll make some assumptions that we'll bring a green screen and lighting to you. That you will provide a "host" for the Surf City Highlights show. We'll get b-roll (and potential soundbites) from up to 7 events per month and edit together 3 minute segments for each. We can assist with the scripting of the segments and the show. Edits limited to three rounds. Our monthly retainer would need to be $12,500. We can build out a more detailed spreadsheet if you like. Let me know.

Hi Julie,
Hope all is well with you.
Bolsa Chica is done!

We're working on adding the thank you to Central Park/Urban Forest and will send those as soon as possible. Can you send us the thank you's you'd like for Dog Beach, Pier and Sunset? We put together a quote but were hesitant to send it. We know it's above the budget for this RFP, but realistically is what it would cost to cover multiple events a month.
I've attached the quote for your reference and would be happy to talk through it with you.
Best,
Shoshana
