SUBJECT: REMOVAL OF RICHARDS WATSON GERSHON (RWG) REPORT At their July 5, 2022 meeting, the Huntington Beach City Council approved the release of a confidential report prepared by Richards Watson Gershon (RWG) pertaining to the Moore and Field v. the City of Huntington Beach, lawsuit. City Clerk staff placed the report into Laserfiche, the City's electronic database management system, and Legistar, the City's agenda management system.
At their December 20, 2022 meeting, the Huntington Beach City Council directed that the City Clerk remove all copies and/or links to the aforementioned report from the City's website as soon as possible. Pursuant to Council direction, the report has been removed from Laserfiche and Legistar.
The RWG report remains a public record, and a copy of it may be obtained by submitting a public records request through the City's Public Records Request Portal located at:
