Air traffic noise caused by the FAA's Southern California Metroplex project .....
HOW WILL YOUR QWALIFICATIONS BEST SERVE THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY? My service on the Air Traffic Noise Working Group and familiarity with the Metroplex project, including both litigation and non-litigation options, should help serve the interests of the Jet Noise Commission.
WHY DO YOU WISH TO SERVE ON A VOLUNTEER CITIZEN'S BODY? I have been directly and adversely impacted by the continued jet noise caused by the FAA's implementation of the Metroplex project and have seen the negative impacts on Huntington Beach as a whole. I strongly belleve that the FAA will be more responsive to an official commission representing the City than individuals or ad hoc committees.
