RESOLUTION NO. 2022-55
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH TO APPROVE THE NAME CHANGE FROM JASON
CIRCLE TO REVIVAL CIRCLE IN HUNTINGTON BEACH
WHEREAS, the residents of Jason Circle contacted the Fire Department of the City of Huntington Beach to allow the street name change from Jason Circle to Revival Circle in Huntington Beach;
Resolution No. 2017-34 provides that the Fire Department is the City department responsible to select street name changes within the City; Fire Department Specification No. 409 has established a process for the naming of new streets and street name changes within the City;
The Fire Department has determined that the revision to the existing street names within the park conforms to Fire Department Specification No. 409.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve that the existing street name of Jason Circle is changed to Revival Circle in Huntington Beach as set forth in Exhibit A, attached herein and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the day of September, 2022.
